All Star Labor and Staffing is currently looking for a front desk/office admin for a customer located in Junction City.
This position will last 3+ months due to covering a current full time employee while they are out on leave.
Schedule: 40 hour, Mon-Fri day shift.
Pay: DOE
Requirements:
Administrates the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional environment and culture.
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Receive and sort daily mail, shipments and courier deliveries.
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, scanning, etc.
Coordinates overall administrative activities for the office.
Manage program log for vendor and guests.
Responsible for office equipment maintenance, housekeeping of office facilities.
Provide administrative assistance to Office Manager/Head Recruiter
Participates as needed in special department projects.
Great attendance record is a must, outgoing and positive friendly attitude.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
