An Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative will be providing administrative support & operations support in our organization.
Duties will include invoicing, assisting customers with sales, and completing other office / administrative duties are required.

REQUIREMENTS (THESE ARE A MUST):
- Must speak Spanish and English Fluently
- Must enjoy speaking with Customers and be an effective communicator.
- Must know how to use a computer, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have great etiquette on the phone and via email.
- Must be a Team Player and get along well with others.
Experience working in customer service, marketing, or in an office environment is a plus.
