We are a leading powersports business specializing in providing high-quality ATV and UTV parts and accessories to our customers.
Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and expertise in the powersports industry.
As an ATV/UTV Parts Desk Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their parts and accessories needs.
Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers and identifying their ATV/UTV parts requirements - Providing recommendations and advice on parts selection - Processing orders accurately and efficiently using our inventory system - Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Maintaining a clean and organized parts desk area - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Previous experience in ATV/UTV parts sales or a similar field is preferred - Strong knowledge of ATV/UTV models, parts, and accessories - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using computer systems and inventory management software.
