Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Convert Calls into Service Appointments: Turn incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
Make outbound calls to help ensure customer satisfaction and generate interest in our services.
Deliver Authentic Scripts: Provide clear, compelling, and personable call scripts.
Resolve Issues and Promote Satisfaction: Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote our company to enhance customer satisfaction.
Build Customer Rapport: Be professional, establish customer rapport, and contribute to positive customer experiences.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training to maximize call volume and elevate customer experiences.
Efficient Complaint Resolution: Adhere to our proven plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
Maintain Customer Database: Update the customer database with complete and accurate information.
Requirements:
Proven Customer Service Experience: A track record of successful customer service experience.
Communication Skills: A personality that genuinely enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Technical Skills: Typing speed of 50+ WPM and the ability to quickly learn and navigate various software scheduling programs.
Empathy and Trust Building: Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
Organization and Detail Orientation: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter attitude.
Preferred Experience: Prior work experience in the plumbing or electrical field, call center, or customer service scheduling experience.
