Customer Service for Medical and Medicare Insurance (Florence)

Requires becoming insurance licensed in the state of Oregon.
Employer will provide required pre-licensing training.
Assist with Medicare Advantage plan or medigap insurance enrollment or plan changes.
Assist with Medical, dental, and vision insurance enrollment or plan changes.
Provide billing inquiry assistance to current agency clients.
Assist with claims reimbursement for current agency clients.
Provide customer service to current agency clients through telephone, email or in person at local office.
Remote work is not available.
Regular on-site work hours are M-F 8am -12:30pm and 1:30pm - 5pm.
Possibility to include other areas of insurance customer service in job duties for additional compensation.
