Customer Service Warehouse Worker

*Job description* Multi-Craft Plastics is seeking a reliable and hardworking Customer Service Warehouse Worker to join our team.
As a Customer Service Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various duties within the warehouse, including order taking, quality control, order fulfillment, and order picking.
You will also back up the local delivery route and work in shipping and receiving.
Duties: - Effectively communicate with customers for accuracy and efficiency all on orders - Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Fulfill customer orders on the phone, computer and in person; picking and packing items according to specifications - Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and transfers from corporate - Assist with general accounting and warehouse tasks such as check and credit card transactions and cleaning and organizing - Fill in for local delivery drivers and warehouse workers as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service, warehouse or distribution center preferred - Ability to operate a forklift preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks - Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues - Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and order picking methods - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed - Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy -Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
