Purpose
Deliver a differentiated customer experience by taking full ownership of the order fulfillment processing cycle and providing accurate and timely information to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
Embrace ownership of the order fulfillment cycle from order receipt, manufacturing, logistics to A/R processes
Resolve issues or questions regarding orders, shipment status, and invoicing discrepancies quickly and efficiently
Assist in ensuring the correct clients are booked in the order file and the orders support the sales team’s strategy/volume allocation
Provide accurate order entry
Act as a liaison between the mills and the customers
Take direct ownership of the quality of the service provided to internal/external customers
Build positive relationships with the Sales team and support their customers and territories proactively and efficiently
Be proactive in monitoring Customer Pick Up’s by reaching out to the customers ensuring timely pick-ups within Roseburg’s guidelines
Work with Inside Sales to plan for inventory in customer and vendor managed inventory sites
Be a proactive and positive team player assisting where directed
Assist with Client Portal initiative
Active engagement with SalesForce
Align decisions with Roseburg’s strategic goals
Active engagement with the company’s One Roseburg initiative
Understand and embrace Roseburg’s core values
Any other additional responsibilities that the Client Services Supervisor assigns
Required Qualifications
High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in various computer platforms
Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task in a changing fast-paced environment
Outstanding verbal, listening and written communications skills
Ability to use initiative, experience and judgment in performing daily tasks
Positive demeanor and the ability to function with in a team
Ability to work West Coast and East Coast hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications
