Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk - Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients, and employees - Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying - Assist with office management duties as needed - Act as a personal assistant to executives or managers when required Skills: - Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of office software (e.
