Greetings, Looking to offer up some space on our beautiful rural property.
It's a bit off the road, boasts great neighbors and sits nicely along a forested creek in Dexter, Oregon.
The spot can accommodate a medium to small RV and has additional room for a commuter vehicle.
Connections include water, septic and 50 or 30 amp electric.
The property is very secluded with plenty of room to run around and stretch out.
The drive into Eugene/Springfield is about half country road - half highway at about 30 minutes but Pleasant Hill, Lowell and Dexter all work well for quick trips.
The air is fresh, the water clean and we think, well worth the drive.
There's plenty of room to garden and we put a fair amount of energy into growing food each year.
