I'm looking for a sales person or team. (Eugene)

Hello, I have a construction company.
We are based our of Eugene.
I have a total of 12 employees and we all work on the projects.
We can do anything from foundation repair to finishing carpentry inside to roofs and everything in-between.
I have a couple crews and we all commute to Portland everyday due to work being slow here locally.
What we are looking for- We are capable of completing a lot more work.
We are great at producing quality work but unfortunately I am a poor salesman.
I struggle with marketing and getting work.
This is where I need someone to join our team and take over this side of the work.
Payment - I am thinking doing a certain percentage per job once it's complete.
I am just throwing this out there to see what happens.
