We are seeking a skilled Traffic Controller to join our team.
As a Traffic Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic at construction sites and other designated areas.
Your primary responsibility will be to direct vehicles and pedestrians, implement traffic control plans, and maintain a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Direct traffic at construction sites, roadwork zones, and other designated areas
- Implement traffic control plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Set up and remove traffic control devices such as cones, barricades, and signs
- Communicate with drivers, pedestrians, and construction workers to provide clear instructions and guidance
- Monitor traffic flow and adjust control measures as necessary
- Report any incidents or hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain accurate records of traffic control activities
