Overview:
We are seeking a skilled labor and experienced Roller Operator to join our team.
As a Roller Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as dump trucks and concrete mixers, to assist in the construction and paving process.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, including rollers
- Assist in the construction and paving process by operating equipment to build and pave roads, parking lots, and other surfaces
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Qualifications:
- Experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with rollers
- Familiarity with construction processes and safety
- Proficient in loader operation for material handling
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.
00 - $25.
00 per hour
