Painting Supervisor

```Duties``` - Working on the job site as a journeyman-level painter is required for this position.
This means having extensive knowledge in interior and exterior, residential and commercial painting is required.
- Must have a valid Oregon driver's license and a clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check.
Use of company van and fuel card is part of this position.
--Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Oversee and coordinate daily activities of construction teams - Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Collaborate with team members, contractors and owners to ensure project specifications are met - Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans - Use Quickbooks to send estimates to customers and contractors.
Monitor the timekeeping program to make sure employees are correctly clocked in.

```Skills``` - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams - Knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting processes - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during construction projects - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Note: Experience in quality control is a plus.
