We are looking for an experienced painter to work on the interior and exterior of residential and commercial structures.

Responsibilities:
* Use appropriate techniques (masking, etc.
) to protect surfaces as needed.
* Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc.
* Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.
g.
plaster, caulking)
* Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools, including a brush, roller, and sprayer.
* Apply varnish and other finishes
* Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions

*Requirements:*
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Must have reliable transportation
* Proven experience as a painter
* Solid knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques
* Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.
)
* Good basic math skills
* Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc.
* Conscientious with great attention to detail
* Ability to use a smartphone to clock in and out of work.
