Responsibilities: MUST HAVE DRYWALL EXPERIENCE - PARTICULAR TAPING AND PATCH & REPAIR WORK EXPERIENCE - Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction teams - Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications - Develop and maintain project schedules, including milestones and deadlines - Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality, and adherence to plans - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues - Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation - Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling costs - Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship Skills: - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead construction teams effectively - knowledge in construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or HeavyBid - Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and practices - Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost control methods - Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders - Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during construction projects - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation and adherence to specifications - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
