Solar panel system installer (Eugene)

I am looking to install solar panels on my roof and setup a grid tied system with a hybrid inverter (probably no batteries to start).
I want to specify the hardware and have a licensed installer help me install.
I want to lower my price to install and I need a license installer to get permitted and certified with utility to sell excess power to the grid.
I am working on the design, still working on some details.
I have the capability and skills to do this myself but some help and expertise from someone who has done this in the past would be appreciated.
