Evergreen Roofing of Oregon is seeking to hire an experienced roofer for our Membrane Division.
This position requires working with a diverse team and having excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers.
This is a full-time, year-round position.
Rate is $25-$35 per hour/DOE.
Job Duties:
• Supervision of team members.
Directing team and delegating tasks.
• Able to collaborate with a multi-cultural team.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Check in with project manager for scheduled jobs.
• Responsible for paperwork completion, timesheets and ensuring safety policies are being followed.
• Responsible for company equipment and tools.
Experience:
• 5+ years Supervisory experience
• 5+ years’ experience installing and repairing TPO, PVC, BUR, EPDM, Single-Ply, Coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems.
Skills:
• Must be able to communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Must have good problem-solving skills.
• Must be proficient with smart phones and tablets.
Requirements:
• Must be age 18 or older.
• Valid Driver's License
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Carry out basic math functions, including taking measurements
Physical Demands
• Able to safely climb, operate ladders and use safety equipment.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Be able to work in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete the tasks.
