We are looking for a professional and experienced painter to help us with turnover at a large apartment
complex in Eugene.
Starting at $22.
00 an hour! Should you choose to live on site, we will provide you with a
2x1 apartment, the market value of the apartment will be calculated into your monthly income.
Must be proficient with a roller and a brush and must know how to cut in around trim, all while working at an efficient pace, without sacrificing quality in the process.
Looking for someone who can fully paint, touch up and roll in a cleanly manner that does not result in an excess of paint splatter.
Will primarily be painting units alone, but must be capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with coworkers.
There will be strict, yet achievable deadlines that must be met on time, in order for us to follow
through with the turn-over of a unit, and thus we need someone who is not new, but who has experience.
Must
be able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines and must be attentive to detail and
always alert to ensure safety.
