*OnQ Builds is looking for a **Construction Generalist*
*OnQ *is a small, fast-paced construction and building-services company that takes great care of our customers throughout the Eugene/Springfield metro area.
We continue to experience rapid growth and – as a result – we need an experienced tradesman to help us in _*all*_ phases of our work.
In other words: this is an ideal role for the well-rounded generalist.

We perform home remodels, do some "light commercial" renovations, periodically design and build residential additions (doing all exterior and interior work), and more.
The service side of our business engages in repairs and maintenance for a wide range of rental units – from high-rise apartments, to small duplexes, to single-family homes.
The individual we are looking for will bring most or all of the following skills to the job:
· Broad-based experience with rough & finished carpentry, dry-wall, painting, and window & door replacement.
· Experience with tile, flooring, roofing, and simple plumbing & electric repairs is a “plus”.
· Be a good “on-the-job” problem-solver (this is really important!)
· Able to work independently.
· Congenial with customers on the job sites.
We will pay anywhere from $20 - $35 per hour based on the breadth and depth of your experience.
