Replace electric scooter tire (Eugene)

I am looking for an individual to come to my place and repair an electric scooter tire on a scooter it is currently an pneumatic tire and I would like to replace it with a solid rubber tire I have purchased.
I would also like all the bolts to be tightened….
You should be able to be competent in this and this should take no more than two hours, you will be required to provide the tools necessary to complete the job, this may require several different types of screwdrivers, hex and bolt wrenches and a tire iron.
