We are currently seeking an Electrical Foreman to join our dynamic team.

As a Construction Electrical Foreman at Reynolds Electric & Plumbing, you'll play a pivotal role in managing projects, schedules, and employees.
Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining productivity, safety, quality control, labor cost efficiency, scheduling, material procurement, and all activities essential for successful project completion.
Here's what you'll be responsible for: Key Responsibilities: Productivity Management: Expertly manage and assign tasks to crew members to ensure we meet productivity objectives while maintaining accurate labor tracking logs.
Project Goals: Set clear project goals and continuously monitor progress toward achieving them.
Material Procurement: Oversee purchase orders and ensure timely receipt of materials, adhering to bulk buy material procedures.
Prefabrication: Implement and fully utilize prefabrication and company-wide installation methods and policies.
Safety: Ensure the presence of proper safety equipment, materials, and tools on-site to perform required work.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with project owners, architects, general contractors, management, and crew members.
Issue Resolution: Anticipate and resolve potential issues proactively.
Crew Management: Ensure crew members start and finish their work shifts on time, adhering to meal/break times as per the Employee Handbook and local labor laws.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct thorough performance evaluations of crew members.
Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate "as-builts" as per Reynolds Electric procedures and project requirements.
Compliance: Ensure all work performed adheres to NEC, federal, state, county, and local codes and contract documents.
Customer Relations: Be personable and approachable, with the skills to diffuse high-tension situations when they arise.
Effective Communication: Clearly communicate the reasons behind your recommendations and be prepared to address questions and overcome objections.
Consideration: Be considerate of others and think about how your actions impact the customer and the rest of the team.
Quality Work: Give tasks 100% of your attention; our clients expect high-quality work.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: Field Experience: A minimum of 2 to 4 years of field experience as a Journeyman Electrician Foreman.
License: Possess an Oregon License with solid knowledge of state and local codes, with the ability to apply them on the job.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in the installation of power systems, including lighting, fire protection, security, and data networks.
Compliance Verification: Experience in verifying compliance and functionality of installations.
Fault Identification: Knowledgeable in the identification and repair of faults in electrical apparatus and circuits.
Tools and Equipment: Familiarity with tools and equipment of the trade.
Technology Literacy: Basic knowledge of how to operate cell phones and tablets.
Experience with Bluebeam Revu preferred.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to keep information accurate and organized.
Safety Training: OSHA 10 and 30 training preferred.
Driving Record: A clean and safe driving record is required.
