The maintenance technician shall perform a variety of tasks in the maintenance and repair of several fuel stations and convenience stores.
They must be reliable, motivated, and hard working.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance of all aspects of gas station and convenience store
Diagnose reported maintenance issues
Complete all basic repairs which may include plumbing, electrical, fuel systems, pos systems, etc.
Regularly monitor all fuel system equipment for proper operation and condition
Coordinate or complete all security system installations and repairs, including emergency response
Inspect HVAC filters regularly and change as needed
Regular cleaning of cooler/freezer condensers and evaporators
Painting, light construction and demo work, as needed.
General site cleanup and organization
Other duties as assigned
