Facility Maintenance Technician (Coburg)

Description: Rexius’ Coburg location is seeking a skilled facility maintenance technician for a year-round full- time position.
The successful candidate will have a firm knowledge of building and tools maintenance and repair.
Grounds keeping experience preferred.
Daily Tasks: Meet with supervisor to pick up and discuss list of tasks to be completed in the next day/week/month as needed.
Determine what is needed to complete task(s), such as tools & materials, and acquire them before beginning the job.
Report back to supervisor towards the end of shift to communicate progress of task(s) and any issues that may have arisen regarding the task(s).
Requirements: Knowledge of building maintenance & repairs including painting, drywall & siding Basic plumbing & electrical skills Familiarity with tools & equipment including saws, forklifts & manlifts Familiar with safe work practices & requirements Independent & organized self-starter.
