*Position Specifics*
*Title:* Operations Support Specialist
*Department:* Operations
*Reports to:* Supply Chain Supervisor

1 General Position Summary:*
Organizational and administrative liaison for all administrative and clerical tasks associated with Supply Chain Management, Process Engineering, Production and Operations.

2 Key Tasks:*
· Data entry of master data – bill of materials, routings, SAP
· Update and maintain one standard, user friendly format for company documentation.
· Collaborate with Process Engineering to support document updates, modifications, and revisions.
· Prepare, edit, and distribute all Operations documents – SOP’s, Specification updates, job descriptions.
· Gatekeeper for all Operations documents – alerting departments, Supervisors, PE of timeline
· Digitize and automate logs and other relevant administrative documentation
· Administratively assist with Décor Request (sampling) process
· Organize, maintain, and follow up on Operations Requests
· S4Hana preparation
· Participate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
· Trained back up for Planning.
*Secondary Functions:*
· Work independently and safely.
· Follow the Employee Standards of Behavior and Rules of Personal Conduct in the Employee Handbook.
· Maintain proper attendance according to Isovolta’s Attendance Policy.
· Preserve open lines of communication between departments.
· Comply with the company’s ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality Management System.
· Strong interpersonal / communication skills.
· Excellent time management and organizational abilities
· A passion for providing internal customers with a very high level of service and support.
· Attention to detail.
· Mathematically literate.
· Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.

3 Job Scope:*
Performs duties with minimal supervision, operate from specific and definite directions and instructions.
Decisions are of a routine nature made within prescribed operating guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Mistakes/errors may result in work stoppage, loss of business, poor customer relations, and/or damage to product, all of which can have negative financial implications for the organization.
Work overtime when needed.
