*Experienced Landscape Construction Installer:*
Have you been laid off for the winter and have experience in landscaping? We are currently hiring EXPERIENCED individuals to work through the winter on 3 large projects to be completed by March 1, 2023.
The individual that we are looking for is efficient, motivated, a problem solver (not just a problem identifier), resourceful, relational, friendly, has excellent communication skills, is punctual and attendance exceptional.

*Construction Installation Duties:*
· *Grading and Excavation*
· *Irrigation Installation and Repair*
· *Planting Trees and Shrubs*
· *Ponds & Water Features*
· *Patios, Paths, and Retaining Walls*
· *Heavy Equipment Operation*
Nature of Work: This position requires a lot of independent work as well as time flexibility, you must possess the following physical abilities such as strength, manual dexterity, and wrist-finger movement to perform the essential functions of the position.
Qualification Requirements:
· High School Diploma or the equivalent
· Experience in landscape construction projects (including soil preparation and placement, grading/excavation, trenching, planting, irrigation system installation, ponds and water features, paths and patios, retaining walls, and low voltage lighting)
· Capable of lifting 60 or more pounds and performing vigorous physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Current driver’s license
