We are looking for a short term renter that can possible turn into a longer situation for our mother in law suit (one room).
Most of our renters have stayed several years.
The room that's for rent in our home is fully furnished and designed for traveling nurses, or business professionals in mind.
The room's amazing amenities:
• wifi and smart 43" TV as well as full
cable package
• all utilities are included
• designated, well-lit parking.
• private entrance
• huge, master bath with lots of
storage.
There is a shower as well as a shower tub combo and double sinks.
Bathroom is about 96 Sq ft
• Furnishings include: coffee bar, mini
fridge, microwave, griddle top, double
closets and lots of natural light
(There are blackout curtains).
Room is 160+ Sq ft.
• there are common areas such as
access to updated laundry, a full new
kitchen with new appliances as well
as an out door lounge area with gas
fire place.
we just ask you be
respectful of our spaces.
Dogs are in common space such as living room when we are at home.
$500 security deposit is required and we will do a background check and do ask that fee to be covered by the person looking to rent.
Small aquarium animals are considered case by case.
About us: we are in our mid 30s and married, we have 4 dogs and 2 cats.
We both work and I also professionally show and handle our 3 cane corsos and will be having a litter of pups at some point.
So being ok with big dogs is a must.
We have both been vaccinated and take covid seriously.
We would consider discounting the room some for yard care, house cleaning and pet watching.
The room is furnished, If you don't wish it to be then items will be stored at your expense.
We don't want drugs in our home.
Guests are ok, Please limit over night guests to 5 times a month.
Our dogs are in common areas but are kenneled while we are working.
