1br - Hello, it’s freakin’ cold, thaw yo ass out…if you wish! (Springfield)

OK, so I came down from a way up in the mountains where I live because it was freaking cold and not very much fun! I just stepped outside again to grab some stuff from the truck and I’d be a jerk not to say I’m sorry if you’re out there trying to survive the elements right now.
I’ve got a place rented for the week that can easily occupy one more decent human without too much fuss to be raised by any non-hearted management they might throw at me for offering this.
I’m a very decent, middle-aged guy and good conversation, smoke?, with a witty person should not hurt anybody.
I’m not seeking a wife, fiancé or a girlfriend if that’s being clear enough, and imagine this, I am not opposed to hanging with the super cool open minded person either.
Who knows how long the ad will be so please be inclusive on a way to get a hold of you so it does not become an email back-and-forth game.
If you can just be honest and direct, it will be a lot easier for me to return the info you are probably interested in for yourself! Between Springfield and Eugene.
