$750 / 3br - Room for rent in springfeild or (Springfield)

Are you looking for a place to live that’s clean and well kept? Are you yourself a tidy person? Are you typically pretty chill and looking for a lowkey environment to live in? If so, maybe we should chat! I’m looking for a new roommate to move into my home with me :) Rent would be $750 a month + utilities I have one room that is fully furnished with oak log bed frame/ side table and lamp or an unfurnished room (not pictured).
If you’re a couple rent would be $200 more.
I’d be open to renting out both rooms for $1300 aswell.
Animals will be considered on a case by case basis.
About the home: I live in a house that’s 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom with 1/2 acre lawn and a garage with a home gym setup.
I have two cats who are super friendly and will probably love you if you’re open to that.
As mentioned above I do value a clean/ uncluttered home and am looking for someone similar.
About me: I’m a young female and have been living in eugene for 4 years now and just bought my first home.
When it comes to my schedule I work from 5am-10pm Saturday Sunday and Mondays then have Tuesday-Friday off during my time off I enjoy going on hikes around the Pacific Northwest, volunteering, or finding new things to experience.
When I’m at home I spend a lot of my time cooking/meal prepping reading/writing or hanging out with my cats.
Am going back to school next term so a lot of my time will be going towards that aswell.
