This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath residential home in Springfield with yard and patio.
You would share the bathroom with one other housemate (29 yr old male).
This is a home with an older quiet couple.
One person works from home.
The other 2 have early day shift schedules.
Sorry no pets.
This home already has indoor cats.
The house is not a party house.
We dont want any drug users or excessive drinkers.
Quiet hours are 10pm- 7am Absolutely no smoking, vaping or marijuana allowed in house or on the property.
This is a month to month lease and must be approved by our landlord.
The last renter was a U of O student who just finished their degree.
You must he able to prove your income and provide past rental references.
Student and professionals encouraged to apply.
(Everyone in house is Liberal leaning/ no extremists) All utilities are included: Plus wifi and off street parking.
