I decided to move up to Marcola on the river and am looking for some help.
I am a healthy person, but some recent medical things got my heart jacked up and has slowed me down just a bit.
Bottom line, it would be nice (really nice) to have a helping hand do everything from A-to-Z during and after the remodeling project I am going on a large doublewide mobilehome overlooking the river.
It is a private setting with about 300 feet of riverfront, a nice fishing / swimming hole, a cool dog, a cool owner and a respectful living environment!
You would have to be liking country living, be adaptable (lol) and be somewhat involved and have the inspiration to help "be a part" of the remodel that I’m doing to hopefully have finished before Spring arrives if possible.
A nice all-around living environment is the goal.
A person that is respectful and upbeat is a priority and prefer not to compramise on that.
I’m a middle-aged guy who is respectful, classy when I need to be, crazy when I need to be, fun, spontaneous and appreciate of the good things in life.
I’m not lacking friends, but I did move out of town to be a little more quiet up here on the river.
I am as open minded as it gets, so share with me at your free will if you choose to.
If you can put all this into perspective and are a fun person to be around, please write back with info, pictures, testimonials (even if they are from yourself -haha), about well, yourself.
PLEASE understand I do not want to write / interview / get to know you with a bunch of emails back-and-forth asking the common sense questions you would want to know about someone & thier living objectives.
Please include the pertinent info I would need just as you would need should the roles were reversed in your home.
