Renting a room + bathroom $800/month female roommate only
Hello! I am renting out my guest room and guest bathroom (of course you have access to washer & dryer, kitchen, balcony and living room and complex amenities such as gym, yoga studio, jacuzzi, pool, laundry rooms, sports courts).
This is a two bedroom two bathroom apartment on the second floor at Chase Village with a beautiful view of the courtyard and we only have one neighbor next to us, as this apartment is in a corner (more sunshine too!)
I'm not in a hurry to find just anyone to fill in the room, so move in can happen in May, June, or July.
I rather wait until I find a good match for a roommate.
New roommate will have to go on the lease, so an application fee, $200 deposit, credit score of 700 or above and background check will be a must.
We would split bills for electric and WiFi.
The trash & water bill, and renters insurance is included in the rent price.
Assigned parking or a garage is available for extra cost, and that goes through management.
There's plenty of open space parking spots.
This living situation is ideal for a grad student or a young working professional.
No kids, no cats (I'm allergic.

No smokers, no drugs, no partying often, and overnight guests are ok once in a while but not often/consistently (I want one roommate not two).
I prefer a female roommate around my age range.
I'm a Latina in her thirties and work at the university in public health.
I don't smoke, don't do drugs, am responsible and love game nights with friends.
I moved from Southern California to Eugene.
I'm fluent in Spanish and English, am studying French, and studied Korean and sign language one year.
