Hi loves! We have a room opening up April 1st.
We are a household of 5, looking for our 6th roommate! We cannot accept any animals at this time due to having hit our capacity, with 2 cats living here.
Bills run about 75-125 each month depending on the time of year, and are not included in the cost of rent.
A bit about the community:
We are a group of queer folks in our 20s, 30s, and 40s.
who participate in monthly house meetings, and weekly rotating chores.
We are interested in finding folks who are self-sufficient, and who also want to participate proactively in community.
We want to invite someone into the house who really won't shy away from doing their share.
We also need someone who will be on time with rent and bills, who wants to help co-create a community space, who values direct communication, and who feels confident in their emotional maturity.

5 with a 4x4 closet.
