You may come + go freely 24/7.
Just minutes off campus (quiet for rest +studies!) and directly ON the busline if needed to UO, downtown, etc.
Free parking, bike trails that go everywhere from my safe upscale residential complex.
Close to grocery, shopping, restaurants, nature trails + more.
YOU: One Vaccinated NONSMOKING Adult Only (no weed smoking or outside cigs); Vaping outside is OK.
Must show current student ID.
NO criminal record.
NO added pets, overnite visitors or loud "party" types.
A renter may enjoy his active social life outside my private residence, so he returns to a secure peaceful living environment focused on rest + serious studies.
I provide cleaning supplies to keep your master suite reasonably tidy.

Private furnished bedroom has full sized bed, bedding +towels provided; master sized closet space, large dresser drawers, study desk + extended long work table, recliner chair; attached private master bathroom has shower tub combo.
You eat in your own suite (no main kitchen access).
Suite has refrig, separate freezer, microwave, sink +countertop space, pantry shelves, coffeemaker, dishes + utensils, etc.
Everything to prep + cook foods except a stovetop range.
Most renters eat out, order delivery in, or cook in microwave.
WIFI internet access, plus all utilities included (separate heater + AC control dials in suite for your preferred temps).
Full sized washer dryer access in my apt home.
Free parking.
RENT: Due to ongoing Eugene housing demand (no worries about summer subletting if you need full 10 month academic year only) rent is $880/mo all inclusive for furnishings, utilities (AC), wifi, amenities, etc as described above.
First 3 months (same as 90 day) minimum prepayment to secure your placement ahead of others.
$880 x 3 = $2640, + fully refundable $100 security deposit.
Total = $2,740 which may be remitted in 2 installments of $1,370 + $1,370 for 1st 90 days to start.
After 1st 90 days, it's $880/mo rent on 1st of each new month, paid as cash or check (no credit cards or trades).

Rent remitted with presentation of photo ID; transaction receipt + keys given once check clears my bank.
If coming from out of town, we can do a ZOOM meeting.
I can also provide you referrals from previous satisfied renters who stayed in my master guest suite for their internships + post grad studies, as well as full time employment.
