I unfortunately had to move out unexpectedly due to a family emergency.
But that means this awesome apartment is available for you!! Read below for details:
This is a bedroom in a four person flat at 13th and Olive.
Currently living there are three amazing women (all early 20s young) and the sweetest puppy you’ll ever meet.
I am looking for a woman to take over this lease.

The bedroom is large enough for my bed, dresser, and desk and has two closets for additional storage.
There is an attached full private bathroom with tub, shower, etc.
The shared kitchen and living room are fully furnished and super nice (think new oven, built in microwave, etc.
).
There is also laundry in the unit.
The amenities are what sold me on this place - two gyms, two pools, hot tub, sauna, yoga studio, and a bunch of free games (pool, shuffleboard, etc.
).
Its also super close to downtown and to campus (campus is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride), my favorite bar and thrift store are within two blocks).
It’s been fun and I’m sad to leave.

Rent is $630/month until August 31 (with opportunity for renewal).
I also pay for parking which is $50/month.
Pets are totally allowed!! My cat loves it here.
