I am a single woman in my 50s looking to open up my house to one renter.
I am quiet and way beyond party days.
I work full time and often do overtime on the weekends.
I have two small dogs who are friendly but are rescues so have their own idiosyncrasies.
They are not vicious or mean and are potty trained.
You will have your own bathroom in addition to your room.
Common space is also open to you.
My ideal roommate is someone I could become friends with occasionally sharing a meal or movie.
