One window looks south thru a fig tree to the garden in the back yard.
The east window looks out over a 1600 gal water tank to a fence, some bamboo and the next door neighbor.
The room has hardwood floors, sliding doors to a sizable closet.
There is a door to the hall and shared bathroom and another door to the sun room, a passive solar space.
The room can be partially heated with passive solar energy by opening the door to the sun room.
Rent is $550/month if you have a car or $500 if you are car free by choice.
We share the utility bills which average, over the course of a year, at $60/month per person.
Wi fi is included.
Other expenses, every three months, $15 for trash/recycling and TP, bon ami, etc.
For move in, please have first and last month rent and $250 deposit that is returnable if the room is in good shape when you leave.
Total move in for the large room, $1350 [first and last plus deposit] if you have a car or $1300 if you are car free by choice.

5 minutes to bus stop on River Road, both directions.

Lopi fire place insert for special occasions.
Former south side patio converted into a sun room helps heat the house on sunny days during the cool time of the year.
Potential to be involved with the permaculture aspects of the place but that would take some discussion.

All grass is now garden.
6500 gal rain water system for irrigation, drinking if necessary.
Driveway is replaced with edible landscaping.
Housemates, all guys, are vegetarian.
