Utilities are included in rent.
Asking for a $100 non refundable cleaning fee.
Must be RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL and CLEAN individual (sorry no couples) NO DRAMA PLEASE! Someone who is willing to contribute to the household inside and out.

If you smoke we ask you do so outside, not opposed to drinking as long as it is done in a responsible manner, no recreational drugs, will consider Marijuana, but it must be used outside in a respectful manner.
A bit about us.

we are a pagan couple ages 46 and 54.
On our off time we enjoy cooking, gardening, fishing and just hanging out at home watching movies,
thrifting, We like to BBQ and hang out by a fire in the backyard.
We are pretty low key and don't have many people over, this is not a party house or a place to bring your "hook-ups".
We do have 2 small dogs and they do bark.
One is a special needs rescue and is very weary of new people, so patients is key with him.
So you would have to be understanding of the situation.
Not looking for any other dogs in the home.
We also have chickens and some tropical fish as well as a rose haired tarantula.
May consider other types of pets such as a small aquarium or small bird or rodent types.
We treat our animals like family and would expect the same from you.
