Roommate moving out Feb 1st, need a new person to fill the room.
Apartment is a 2 bed 1 bathroom near campus/downtown with a grocery store 1 block away.
Rent is 550 + utilities (usually another 50-60 a month), so ends up about 610 a month.
There is a parking lot on site as well as laundry.
As for me I am a 28 M working full time as a gardener.
I enjoy nature, camping, festivals, music (bass, lofi, rap, indie), video games, and a variety of other hobbies.
Generally I play music every day after work for an hour or so, wouldn't want to live with someone who didn't like bass.
I am a generally clean person and would want someone living here to be the same.
