About the available room:
• 350-sq-ft bedroom with 2 closets, a huge private bathroom and walk in shower, large living room w/small refrigerator that can be used on bedroom level.
Located on the lower level of my home, has a forest view
• Plenty of natural light, soft carpet, and space for belongings.
• The room is furnished (queen bed, desks, chairs, night tables, luxo lamps).
• Extra Storage: Additional storage space available in the house.
Work in lieu of rent includes occasional: help with trash/recycling, errands, light cleaning, (there is a housekeeper) bed making, laundry (in house), plant watering and other help for walk challenged owner.
Owner lives on upper level.
No pets.
