This is a 3 bedroom/1bathroom apartment in the Spencer View Apartment complex.
I have one roommate currently, a full time grad student who is very respectful and clean, and we are looking for someone similar.
This apartment has a 3rd room, and in February and march, there will be a 3rd roommate staying here.
January rent is already payed, and February rent will be cheaper due to third roommate.
