YOU GET: (SEE PHOTOS) Full sized bed, bedding + towels provided; dresser drawers, master sized closet, recliner chair, study desk with extended work table, plus your own "eat in" kitchenette with oversized dorm refrig, separate dorm freezer, microwave, pantry shelves, coffeemaker, dishes, utensils, snack table, plus sink countertop space.
You have everything in your mini suite to cook, eat, + clean up except a stovetop range (no main kitchen access).
Most renters eat out, order delivery in, or cook in microwave.
YOU: One Vaccinated NONSMOKER Only (No outside cigs, weed or drugs).
Vapes allowed outside only.
NO couples or overnite guests.
Renters enjoy an active social life outside my private residence, so you return to a quiet secure placement for rest or serious studies.
NO pets.
NO loud speaker phones (renters wear ear buds when listening to internet music, etc).
Best suited for one QUIET responsible young adult in their 20's or 30's, either studying fulltime or working fulltime, or both.
Not suitable for senior citizens, sorry.
I provide cleaning supplies to keep your bedroom bathroom mini suite tidy.
