$880/mo includes furnishings, wifi, utilities, your own mini kitchenette in your room, full sized washer dryer access, and directly ON the bus line to campus, downtown, etc.
My residential location only 4 min off campus by car or Uber, QUIET for rest and studies.
My neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping, grocery, bus line, freeway access, + Willamette River bike paths that go everywhere.
Available as early as Dec 18th onward OR start of January 2024 winter quarter.

90 Day (same as 3 month) MINIMUM, month to month AFTER first 90 days.
Rate prepaid (to
secure ahead of other internship candidates) is BASED on $880/month all inclusive, but rented as a one time BLOCK of dates to guarantee placement.
$880/mo X 3 = $2640, with fully refundable security deposit $100.
TOTAL for 90 day minimum = $2740, divided into TWO PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS of $1370 ahead of move in, by check or cash with presentation of photo ID; then balance $1370 half way thru your 90 day minimum stay.
Check must clear my bank before I hand over keys.
If coming from out of town we can set up a ZOOM meeting first.
NO credit cards, trades, or other forms of partial payments (most renters prefer the $1370 + $1370 two installment payments with a rental agreement that serves as a transaction receipt for your records.

NO weed, vapes, drugs.
This is a smokefree residential security complex.
NO PETS.
No overnite visitors.
Renters enjoy an active social life OUTSIDE my private condo, so you return to a safe peaceful living environment for serious study or quiet rest.
This is NOT a "party house".
You can listen to internet music using ear buds, so no loud sounds in my home.
I provide cleaning supplies for you to keep your master suite tidy.
My rate is an exceptional value, due to the extreme housing shortage ongoing in Eugene, wherein most landlords prefer a year's lease.
The 2024 utilities are also going up, and I offer AC if needed.
If you choose the entire 2024 academic year placement, you will not have to worry about summer subletting your space.
I have also housed 9 month (Sept thru early June) grad students who all appreciate my flexible terms.

You may also vacate BEFORE the prepaid 90 day reserved block, if preferred, but NO prorated refunds given.
