Hey there, my name is Ricky.
I own my quite 3 bedroom 2 bath house in west Eugene.
Looking for someone interested in a room available.
Currently it's myself, Ashley (housmate) & and my pup Dorothy.
We're pretty regular folks that work in Eugene.
Typically the house is quiet.
We keep mostly to ourselves but are friendly.
My girlfriend comes over here and there and Ashley has friends over very seldomly.
We don't really drink and there's no smoking on the property.
No pets please.
The room is a regular size and you'll be sharing a bathroom with Ashley.
I have my private bathroom.
Unfortunately I don't have storage space.
All utilities, garbage and wifi are included in the rent.
I take care of the yard work.
Situation would probably work best for someone that doesn't drive.
Very close to bus lines and stores.
