We have an unfurnished room available in Creswell.
It's just me and my dad, plus 2 small dogs (I have cats, but they stay in my room).

The room we are renting out is a ‘bonus room’ above the garage.
It’s very large (a bit smaller than a 3-car garage).
It is the only room that is upstairs, so there is additional privacy.
We have a baby gate placed at the bottom of the stairs so that the dogs don’t have access.
There is additional storage space in the unfinished attic with direct access from your bedroom
You’d have a semi-private bath (you'd be the only one who uses the shower) and full access to the rest of the house (minus the other bedrooms).
My dad is high risk, so being vaccinated is a must.
About us:
My dad is a 73-year-old retired veteran who spends most of his time woodworking.
His most recent hyperfixation has been making boxes and picture frames.
When it’s too hot or cold to be in the garage, he spends his time watching TV and playing games on his iPad.
I am a 25-year-old college student, and I work as a nanny.
