Available immediately.
If you move-in in April, i’ll prorate for April at $18 a day and half of deposit is $450 so I will talk to the landlord so that we can all sit down together in their office and work out how to split the deposit and get it on paper.
I’ll need proof that you have funds or income just so I know that you’ll have money in May when Rent is due as well.
If this seems like a good fit, text me and I will send photos, interior and exterior.
I am cleaning it today with a deep clean so I didn’t want to take photos with everything out of place.
My adult child just moved out of our second floor apartment 2br/1bth.
I'm looking for someone who's consistent and clean.
Apartment is in the Sheldon high school area and withing walking distance from all the necessary amenities and just two quiet beautiful residential blocks from sunny walking park.
Your half of rent alone is $550 and then utilities and internet will be shared about $70/month each.
I'm a 45 yr old woman.
Most of my friends and family I talk to on the phone regularly but they live in other states so I spent a lot of my time alone when I’m not with my kid and they’re a young adult so they really don’t like to spend a lot of time with me which is fine.
I am sociable but introverted like a cat that never sits in your lap, but doesn’t mind napping near you in a sunny spot.
I have a high bar for ethics.
I would never steal or yell at a roomate but if there’s an obvious problem, I want to talk about it I don’t wanna ignore it.
It would give me anxiety.
I really want to live with someone who behaves like an adult not a child and I also would want to do regular one month three month and six month check-in to see if it’s working.
Email me if this sounds good to you and we'll go from there probably using text since that’s easier and I’ll get your number when you email me and give you mine.
I have two good friends in Springfield several at the coast and will occasionally stay over there in the summer for fun things like bbq.
I’ve never had anyone over here at the apartment besides my child’s friends who would come over very occasionally and I feel like to be respectful I would never do that without giving a heads up and getting approval from you and expect the same.
There’s plenty of lot parking and street parking with always a few empty spaces and you just put your license plate on the lease and I’ve never had anybody mess with my car and I leave things in it.
There’s four bus stops within one block.
The rent is $1195 and I have the larger room which I think is naturally cooler in the summer but I am willing to switch if you’d rather pay $150 more.
Both rooms are carpeted and they’re pretty and they’re newly painted and they smell nice and have a nice big screened slide vinyl window.
There’s a balcony and it’s large.
You could put some plants, or bbq outside but the lease discourages smoking.
There’s a laundry room with four washers and four dryers and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes.
There’s four hall closets to share and numerous empty drawers for all of your things.
I can supply a tall memory foam mattress if you need something temporarily and are a non-smoker.
I’ve just lived here since November and I have a couch and lights and a table and chairs a few bits of furniture but I don’t have a ton of stuff so it’s not cluttered and you’re welcome to use everything I’ve provided including dishes.
I do a lot of fun cooking so I fill up half the kitchen with my stuff but honestly there’s a lot of cabinets so there’s still plenty of space and I use less than half the refrigerator and freezer.
I’m not a good cook, so I’m not offering meals but I would sometimes share food especially when I’m making something in a large batch.
I know this is a little bit uncomfortable to try and live with a stranger, so I want to make it as unweird as possible so that we both aren’t stressed in life.
I’m currently working for temp agencies and make half my income doing online billing and will consider moving in with a friend if I can’t keep this place because it is kind of a lot for one person and it’s month-to-month and so I’m not locked into anything so I hope to find someone very soon but I’m not desperate.
It’s just a good apartment with good neighbors for a good price.
There is a double outlet on every wall in every room, including the kitchen and one in the bathroom.
And one exterior one.
Ideally I’d like to live with another woman or feminine aware person of any orientation or gender as long as it’s not awkward for you to live with me either.
I’ve had many roommates throughout my life and I also was a single parent for 20 years and I’ve rented a lot of apartments and I know how to do this well and kindly and be nice and the most important thing to me is respecting each others space by keeping it clean and quiet during our sleeping hours whatever they may be.
When I say clean, I don’t wanna do anybody else’s dishes ever.
If you can’t wash something at the moment you just set it to the side and take care of it within a few hours.
There should never be any trash laying around ever.
The whole apartment gets vacuumed once a week and I keep my windows open every day when it’s not raining, freezing or sweltering.
The kitchen gets cleaned up every time you use it or at least that day there should not be sticky countertops or cabinet handles.
The floor should be swept at least every other day and mopped with hot water and soap at least once a month.
I do all that and I know that sometimes I miss stuff so I don’t assume a mess is someone else’s mess but if I notice it doesn’t get done and there’s extra dirt or grime every single time I’m doing it and I feel like I’m cleaning up after someone else I just won’t wanna live together.
The bathroom gets cleaned at least once a week, including wiping down the mirrors, spraying the shower floor with some kind of cleaner, the sink scrubbed out and the toilet also scrubbed and wiped down the seat which the toilet honestly needs it more often and I make sure its clean and expect the same.
My weekly cleaning in the apartment takes about 20 minutes 25 if I vacuum my room and have to move things around.
It’s really important to me that adults behave appropriately by cleaning up after themselves.
Obviously I’ve been a single mom so I spent a lot of my life cleaning up after someone else, but I’ve met a lot of adults who do not clean up after themselves and it just disgusts me.
Maybe I’m over attentive to the issue but I’m pretty sure that’s why I’m single because most the people I dated when I was interested in that, had problems with cleaning up after themselves and I felt undervalued by them because of it.
Nice brand new appliances, including air fryer and convection oven, large refrigerator freezer and immaculate dishwasher which i run almost daily.
The only thing I don’t have is a microwave and you’re welcome to bring one :) I just haven’t bought one.
I also occasionally work from home although I’m not getting paid very much from that it’s more of a hobby with hoping to eventually do sound engineering and voice readings for audiobooks which I have taken a college course for.
I’ve done professional work in my life in an office for many years and I’ve also done just temporary work for years and moved here to Eugene last year.
The property does not allow pets other than service animals and they explicitly say that in the lease.
I love cats, and I usually appreciate a dog, kinda like aunts and uncles appreciate their nieces and nephews you get to see them and go for a walk and then they don’t live with you.
Thank you I hope you have a good day.
I know this is stressful looking for a place and I wish luck to everyone.
