We are two women (25,34) looking to add a third to our 3bd/2ba home on the edge of the friendly street neighborhood , available April 1st or possibly sooner.

The house is not on a busline and up a large hill, so a car is fairly essential here.
Near 32nd/chambers street.
We are about 5 min drive to friendly market and 8 min to market of choice/Woodfield station.
We are kind and relaxed people, who view our home as a recharge and rest space.
Safety, security and feeling comfortable in our space are all values we share! We have a great deck and yard for entertaining.
Friends and loved ones welcome, but this is not the party spot.
We live and let live with respect to one another.
We both work early M-F , and are up around 6/7 am and asleep by 10 pm.
There is one elderly dog residing here, who unfortunately does not love other pets.
She would be thrilled to get love and attention from you, though!
The room is 14×16 with a large closet with built in storage.
It can fit a queen bed, desk and dresser with lots of room to spare.
Large window that looks out to our private off street driveway.
The two back rooms share a bathroom, so you'd have the main one mostly to yourself.
Rent is 600/mo plus utilities which range from 70-120 each depending on season.
Refundable deposit of 600 .
Private landlord who is timely about fixing any issues.
Landlord requirements for tenants
-make 3 times your portion of rent
-verifiable income
-2+years of rental history
-decent credit with no default payments(he doesn't count student loans)
-pass background check
We have a really sweet and special vibe going here and are hopeful to find someone to round it out! This is a really cool space that we are grateful to share, and we would love to live with someone who shares some values around keeping the space looking nice and effectively communicating with eachother.
We are open to living with most anyone, but being LGBTQIA friendly is a must.
This would not be a good fit for someone who drinks alot at home, but we are 420 friendly.
