We are a house of women.

so prefer to have housemates who are not men, but open to anything as long as vibes match! I am looking to sublet my small bedroom off of the kitchen.
HUGE backyard with 7 garden beds, a picnic table, shed, and tent with a hang out space! The house has 3 other housemates (such lovely gals who are 22-27 years old).
One dog (a husky mix that mostly sleeps), a cat named Posey that also mostly sleeps, a fish named Martha, and a HEDGEHOG names Oatmeal.
One bathroom with a tub and another half bath on the first floor.
As a group we are all very independent, but have housemate hangs and meetings about once a month.
We like the kitchen clean 🙂 APRIL 1 or earlier is the ideal move in date.
This would be a lease swap.
I am moving (I love these folks and house… but another opportunity came up).
Basically, you would apply to live in this house through our landlord, then would pay a security deposit and sign onto the lease.
The lease ends June 30 but ideally you would be hoping to renew with these lovely ladies! DM me an introduction of yourself.
