Everyone is on a day schedule.
Two of us work in STEM related field.
The last adult is a soccer coach.

You will not be surprised with more than $775/month.

Storage: Some in garage under work bench.
If more is needed we can discuss for small extra monthly fee.
There is a small area on the second floor landing that could be used for a small desk area if needed.

Parking: RV storage pad area or on street parking.
Drugs: No smoking allowed on premises.
Vaping/Marijuana allowed outside.
Alcohol allowed outside quite hours.

Pets: No pets except ESA/Service animals only with proper documentation.
Damage by said animal could result in additional charges if not covered by deposit.
Fyi: we may get a dog and/or cat so if you have an allergy keep that in mind.
Previous owners had a dog.
Unknown if they had a cat.
Please note: Most windows are getting replaced (your room included) and exterior will be painted.
Both roughly scheduled for March.
At some point in the summer an exterior cement patio extension will be installed.
Also, your bathroom has a jetted tub that doesn't work at the moment.
While it's clean and fully functional, I've decided to remodel the bathroom within 1 year, est time to complete is 2 weeks, at which time the master bathroom upstairs will be made available.
No application fees.
However, if we decide to rent to you, prospective tenant is subject to a background check at their expense.
Only 1 applicant will be considered/background check at a time.
Lease is for 6 months increments, no subleasing.
