Room available April 1st in West Eugene off of 18th.
It is in a two-bedroom duplex.
There's a shared bathroom, kitchen, appliances, laundry on site and raised beds in the yard if you're into gardening.
A friendly cat lives here.
Another friendly cat, or dog might move in as the property allows up to two pets.
As long as they are good with cats! About me, the current tenant.
I work full-time out of the house in the service industry, so work weekends.
I prefer it to be quiet in the house by 11 as I like to be up early.
I am not big into TV and prefer to read, write and do yoga.
I am a non-drinker and would prefer living with another non-drinker! If you'd like to meet and see the space.
You would need to apply through the property management company and be approved.
We'd then have to sign a new lease together.
Rent would like increase with a new lease, I imagine.
