$450 1200ft2 - Room available in Friendly Neighborhood House (Friendly)

Renting a room in a 3 bedroom house in the Friendly Neighborhood.
Room will be open by February 1st.
Rent is $450 and deposit is $200, utilities are not included.
Utilities usually come out to around 60-80 each a month, that's including electric and gas.
I am 24 and a junior at UO, I am majoring in theater and minoring in Spanish.
I like doing outdoorsy things, I enjoy playing music, reading and gardening, and cooking.
If I’m around the house I’ll probably be doing yoga, working on a play, cooking, reading or playing my guitar.
Preferably Non-Smoking household, 420 friendly.
I have a very friendly pitty so must be comfortable with big dogs and no more animals.
I don’t really throw parties, but I like to have the occasional gathering.
